BRMS

A business rule, at the essence, is a particular instruction or directive that defines or constrains a business activity, in any aspect of the business. Business rules generally focus on the control or access point, and are typically applied to aspects such as data management, customer relations, or supply chain protocols, among others.
Based on this concept is a software called Business Rules Management System, or simply, BRMS. It primarily intends to collect various decision logic such as business rules and create a repository of them. These business rules are then automated and maintained across various applications. The BRMS provides a runtime environment that is separate from the application code itself, which is an efficient way to make iterative changes in the business rules.
